sub-paragraph
1.Anyone who commits the act specified in sub-paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding paragraph shall be imposed with a penalty of not more than 10,000 yuan;
2.anyone who commits the act specified in sub-paragraph (3) of the preceding paragraph shall be imposed with a penalty of not more than 50% of the fee to be paid for discharge of pollutants;
3.(2) those outside the areas mentioned in the preceding sub-paragraph, and where the minerable mineral reserves are at least of a large quantity;
4.Chinese authorities in charge of public health, when discovering aliens, during their stay in China, to be affiliated with diseases specified in sub-paragraph 4 of Article 7of the present Rules may request the public security organs concerned to order them to advance their data of exit from China.
5.The mostly criticized problem among such issues with regard to arbitration award is that if the court grants an order of invalidating its original decree for execution of the arbitrative award in accordance with the sub-paragraph 2,Article 42 of the Arbitration Law , the claimant will lose his opportunity to re-interrupt the prescription period with resort to requesting for judicial collection.
6.Section 110(5) of the United States Copyright Act, as amended by the "Fairness in Music Licensing Act" enacted on 27 October 1998, exempts, under certain conditions, the communication or transmission embodying a performance or display of a work by the public reception of the transmission on a single receiving apparatus of a kind commonly used in private homes (sub-paragraph A, referred to as "homestyle exemption") and, also under certain conditions, communication by an establishment of a transmission or retransmission embodying a performance or display of a non-dramatic musical work intended to be received by the general public (subparagraph B, often referred to as "business exemption") from obtaining an authorization to do so by the respective right holder.
7.The provisions specified in sub-paragraphs 1 and 2 of the preceding paragraph shall apply to minor children on the date of the promulgation of the amendment of this Law.
