1.Since atmospheric type vacuum breakers are subject to normal maintenance and replacement, they should be located where emergency water spillage will create no problem and where they can be accessible for inspection or servicing.
2.Where the liabilities for breach were not prescribed or clearly prescribed, and cannot be determined in accordance with Article 61 hereof, the aggrieved party may, by reasonable election in light of the nature of the subject matter and the degree of loss, require the other party to assume liabilities for breach by way of repair, replacement, remaking, acceptance of returned goods, or reduction in price or remuneration, etc.
3.Tax official: they are the definite items stipulated by the law, such as the transportation, construction, finance, insurance and the like.they do not include the processing, repairs, and replacement services, for they are subject to the value added tax.
