1.Methods: Perfusion CT was performed with 64-slice SCT in 29 patients of salivary gland tumor (22 cases in parotid gland, 6 cases in submandibular gland and 1 case in sublingual gland;17 benign and 12 malignant)and perfusion parameter,including blood flow(BF),blood volume (BV),mean transmit time (MTT),and permeability-surface area (PS) were analyzed. The surgical and pathological outcomes were collected for comparison.
方法:29例涎部肿瘤(腮22例,颌下6例,舌下腺1例;其中良性肿瘤17例,恶性肿瘤12例)行CT灌注检查,取得相应的灌注参数:血流量(blood flow,BF),血容量(blood volume,BV),平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)和表面渗透性(permeability surface,PS),并均经术后病理证实。收藏指正
2.RESULTS: Among all cases treated surgically, 4 cases were pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland; 3 cases were malignant tumor of the parotid gland; 1 case was zygomatic osteoma; 4 cases were carotid body tumor; 1 case was branchial cleft cysts; 3 cases were cervical lymph node metastasis; 2 cases were pharyngeal malignant tumor; 4 cases were fibromatosis of the tongue; 2 cases were dermoid cyst; 2 cases were sublingual gland tumor.
结果:26例误诊病例,术前诊断腮?形性瘤4例,腮恶性肿瘤3例,颧骨骨瘤1例,颈动脉体瘤4例,鳃裂囊肿1例,恶性肿瘤颈淋巴结转移3例,咽部恶性肿瘤2例,舌部纤维瘤4例,口底皮样囊肿2例,舌下腺恶性肿瘤2例术后病理均证案为神经鞘瘤。收藏指正
3.The lymphatic vessels and capillaries in the sublingual gland were studied in 30 fetal(5 -10mon) and newborn cadavers by injecting prepared Chinese ink and sliver of nitrate into the external carotid artery.
本文采用墨汁硝酸银水溶液局部动脉注入方法,对15例(30侧)胎儿(5~10个月)及新生儿舌下腺器官内淋巴管和毛细淋巴管的微细分布进行观察。收藏指正
