3.Article 30 Enterprises may voluntarily submit applications for certification to state-authorized certification organizations, in accordance with the regulations promulgated pursuant to the national environmental management certification system, to qualify under the environmental management certification system standards as having improved the cleaner production tableau.

5.Relevant departments of the State Council may, in accordance with this law and the uniform accounting system of the State,formulate specific measures or supplementary provisions for the implementation of the uniform accounting system of the State applied in the sectors which have specific requirements for accounting practice and accounting supervision,and submit them to the financial department of the State Council for examination and approval.
