sulfite liquor
.The treatment conditions of Candida tropical in ammonium sulfite pulping spent liquor of kenaf were studied. The results indicate that optimal parameters were as follows: the concentration of spent liquor 9°Be,pH 6.0,temperature 30℃,the dosage of inoculation 10%,the rotating speed 140rmp and the dosage of bottle 50mL/250mL.
.The optimal alkaline potassium sulfite-AQ cooking conditions for wheat straw were:alkali charge 12% (calculated as NaOH), alkali ratio 0. 85, AQ charge 0. 1 %, straw-to-liquor 1 : 6 and 2 hours at 170℃.
.The result showed that the optimal technical conditions of A S-AQ pulping were as follows: alkali charge (to NaoH) 32%, ration of sulfite 0.7 , the max temperature 175℃, time at max temperature 6h, AQ charge 0.15%, an d liquor ratio 1:4. Under this pulping condition, pulp with about 35 Kappa numbe r and about 47% yield could be obtained.
.The quantitative relationship of pulp yield or residual lignin contents with some variables,e. g. cooking temper- ature, time to and at temperature,Na_2SO_3 or NaOH charge, and AQ addition as well as Na_2SO_3 or NaOH concentra- tion in the cooking liquor during neutral sodium sulfite pulping(NS),kraft pulping(KP)and Soda-AQ pulping of wheat straw were studied on a laboratory scale.
