4.By using the data such as the relative sunspot number, the temperature anomaly in Lhasa, the SSTA in relative region and the informationon th sea ice area in South Pole, the relationship between the annual frequency of tropical cyclone affecting Guangxi and the activity of sunspots, the heat status of Tibetan Plateau, the action of ocean and the aberrance of sea ice in the prior period in South Pole is computed and analyzed, on the basis of which the conceptual prediction model is set up.
5.This paper summarizes the analysis f the radio observations of the solar eclipse at wavelengths 3.2, 11.1 and 21 cm in Xinjiang on September 22, 1968 and the main results obtained are: the relation between the flux density of localized source and the activity of the active region on the solar disc, the correlation of the radiation of localized source with the plage and sunspot.
