1.it is 19% in 183 cases of atrophic gastritis, 8% in 103 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 2% in 50 cases of gastric ulcer, 5% in 87 cases of duodenal ulcer, 10% in 7 cases of gastric cancer, 15% in 13 cases of irondeficiency anaemia and 33% in 12 cases of diabetes.
2.Results Ninty-nine point six eight percent of the cases had lesions under the gastroscope. The former 4 cases had chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),CGS and bile reflux,CGS and duodenitis,CGS and bulb ulcer,and Hp infection rate was 31.36%,25%,38.64%,60.61%.
3.Results: 42 cases of duodenal ulcer, 4 cases of gastric ulcer,17 cases of superficial gastritis,and 1 case of either esophagitis, gastroesophagitis, severe varicose veins of the esophagus, or cardiac achalasia were diagnosed with gastroscopy.
4.102 formalin-fixed , paraffin-embodied samples , including 48 samples of gastric cancer , 8 samples of gastric mucosa near benign gastric ulcer , 13 samples of chronic superficial gastritis , 33 samples of dysplastic gastric mucosa , were selected to immunohistochemical staining with specific mouse anti-CD44v5 monoclonal antibody by streptavidin-peroxidase method (abbreviation: S-P).
