1.Based on the CNC control to shape helical gear, it is proposed to use the technology of synchro-phase-locking to ensure the synchro tracing of principal axis of work piece to that of the tool, and use the electronic differential combination to realize the combination of accessional running of principal axis of the tool and circumferential feed movement,and then to drive the servo system and complete CNC shaping of helical gear.
