1.In order to find proteins which can interact with Protein 4.1 family and Protein MAGUK family member in nerve system, we used the cytoplasmic tail of red blood cell surface membrane protein Glycophorin C as a probe, cloned a novel human cDNA sequence and named it as NECL2 (Nectin Like Protein2), because the structure of the protein encoded by NECL2 is very similar with nectin family.
4.PCR amplification was performed to harvest the DNA fragment encoding for soluble GFRα 1 with C terminal hexahistidine tail by using the complete cDNA of human GFRα 1 as template. The PCR product was subcloned into eukaryotic expression vector pBK RSV which was then transfected into COS 7 cell line by electroporation.
5.Fas associated phosphatase-1 (FAP-1) is a kind of important protein-tyrosine phosphatase founded in present years, which can inhibit fas from activation by its binding to the negative regulatory domain of fas (the cytosolic tail of fas i.e. the last 15 C-terminal amino acids of fas) and attenuate fas export from intracellular stores to the cell surface.
