1.The author considers that in order to make the potential productivity of agricultural scientech information transform into a realistic one efficie- ntly, five approaches must be opened up, namely: service for dicision-mak- ing by the leadership, scientific research service, agricultural production service, technological introduction service and development of economic entity for information production.
