2.A new type of electroplating satin nickel process is put forward,and the effects of bath compositions and technological parameters to the coating appearance are studied. When using the satin nickel additives (WD 20) obtained from our experiments,a good appearance of satin nickel coating has been obtained in the conditions of medium temperature,wide current density and agitation-free.
3.The results show that, by controlling proper laser technological paramoters, structure can be fined, coating compactness and adhesion can be obviouly enhanced and the composition dilution is very low in the laser-remelting zone.
