1.For this need, its algorithm and technique has already been an extremely active research field in the recent 30 years, also achieves great success in commerce. We have many coding methods in the traditional and developing respect. The traditional methods, for instance, are PCM quantization, spatial and temporal subsampling coding, entropy coding, predictive coding, transform coding, vector quantization(VQ), and subband coding.
3.A group of pictures(GOP) consisted of several successive frames was decomposed by motion-compensated temporal filtering(MCTF) to support temporal scalability by using subband/wavelet transform. Compared with fixed-size GOP,adaptive GOP structure(AGS) could improve the coding performance,but its complexity increased extremely.
4.After advantages and disadvantages of conventional algorithms for themotion compensation having been analyzed, a new fast search algorithm based oncombining temporal dependence of video with spatial dependence of video isproposed, the emulated results shows that the coding efficiency and the PSNR ofthe decoded is improved greatly, meanwhile fast searching speed can be obtained.
5.Abstract: In the discussion of the commonness of information transmission and the particularity of the self transmission of product design languages, we set up the transmission mode and put forward two important factors??code system and language artistic conception??that influence the languages" transmission.Then,we point out three dominant characteristics of the languages: multi-sensitive coding speciality, spatio-temporal difference and the mono-direction and uncertainty of the transmitted objects.
