tensile elasticity
1.Six different PP/talc/polymer ternary fill-blending systems in which the blending systems with six different polymers-EVA, HDPE, LLDPE, PS, CPE and ACR were formed. The notched impact strength, tensile strength, break elongation, tensile modulus of elasticity, ball indentation hardness, molding shrinkage and melt flow speed of these systems were studied.
2.Coupling increased the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity in tension of UP/ramie noil felt composites by 21% ,the flexural strength by 34%,and the modulus of flexure by 40%. Encapsulating increased the tensile and flexural strength of PP/ramie noil fiber composites by 20% or so.
3.Tensile strength and elongation, weight, elasticity, resistance to flammability and high heat levels, moisture-transport capabilities, durability, and weatherability are some examples of attributes that could be included in a technical textile performance specification.
4.V-belts,composed of high-strength and hign-elasticity tensile body and heat resistance rubber,and is designed for hign-speed and high-temperature application.
5.Material for Needle.The material for meedle of card clothing is of the special steel bright wire,hardened and tempered and rest-proof.This wire we use has ample elasticity and strong tensile strenth.
6.At last, the test setting was theoretically analyzed by mechanics of elasticity, and the theoretical stress and actual stress of ring specimens were calculated. In combination with the test of tensile strength, evaluation on cracking potential and stress relaxation of ring specimens was made.
7.Based on the theory of plane elasticity,the stresses of double layer bar are represented by two arbitrary functions. By using the variational principle of minimum complementary energy,the stresses of double layer bar are obtained with thermal variance,a pair of tensile forces and a pair of couples acting at two ends of the lower layer. The interlaminar stresses are distributed at the ends of the bar.
