3.Results: The decrease of tetanic tension (PO), posttetanic twitch potentiation (PTP), and the lengthening of relaxation time (RT) of the denervated EDL could be ameliorated by CE. The decrease of muscle wet weight, total protein and muscle fibre cross section area (CSA) after denervation could be prevented by CE.
4.The result showed that the fracture during tension occurred at HAZ where tempering took place. The UTS decreases by 12.6% of the parent metal and increases 14.1% of the as-rolled steel. The material can be saved and the weight can be lightened due to application of the dual-phase weathering steel.
6.The denervated and reinnervated soleus(SOL) muscle and extensor digitorum longus(EDL) of rats were studied by muscle wet weight, total protein content, muscle contractive tension and muscle fiber type proportion and its cross-section area measurement by image analysis following histochemical stain。
