7.Methods:Fetal(<3 days before birth)diameters of biparietal diameter(BPD),femur length(FL),abdominal circumference(AC)and bishoulder diameter(BSD)measured by B-ultrasound were compared with those of newborns(<3 days after birth)in 100 full-term pregnant cases,and their correlation with neonatal birth weight was also analyzed.
