thermal polymerization
.The inhibition and retardation effect of 4,6-dinitro-2-sec-butylphenol(DNBP)on thermal polymerization of styrene were investigated by Abbe refractometer at different temperature(90~120℃) and concentration of DNBP(0.02%~0.1%).
.The methods and mechanisms of thermal, anionic, transition metal catalyzed ring-opening polymerization (ROP), as well as the structure, property and potential applications of resultant polyferrocenophanes have been described.
.The thermal characteristics of toner were introduced. The relations of toner composition with glass transition temperature, softening temperature and melting index were investigated. The glass transition temperature of polymerization toner were tested, and compared with calculational value.
.The PMMA/SiO 2 composites was prepared by in-situ polymerization, and the properties of the composites filled by different-surface SiO 2 on mechanics, thermal stability and resistant solvent was study by the SEM,TG and so on.
.The process of the condensation and polymerization of bisphenol a dianhydride and dimethyl bisphenyl di-amine was studied. Polyehtherimide (PEI) film was made of it has excellent transparent rate, low dielectric constant andlow thermal expansion coefficients.
.The magnetic microspheres P(St-co-MAA-co-AM) were prepared by microemulsion polymerization. The morphological, thermal stability and magnetic properties of the microspheres were investigated by different techniques(i.e.SEM,TGA,optical microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer,FTIR).
.The results show that the glass transition temperature of toner is about 62-74℃ when the ratio of St to BA is 3-5,stirring speed is (1 000 r/min,)ultrasonicdispersion time is 15 min,the ratio of water to oil is 7,the dosage of PVA is 4% and the polymerization temperature is 85℃. The thermal characteristics of polymerized toner can meet with the commercial requirements.
