1.Objective and Methods:The fetal thigh soft tissue thickness(FTSTT),biparietal diameter(BPD),abdominal circumference(AC)and femur length(FL)were measured by ultrasonography on 100 pregnant women a weed before the expected date of confinement. Their Correlations with birth weight of newborns were computerized.
2.Methods Fetal biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), femur length (FL) and fetal thigh soft tissue thickness (FTSTT) were measured by ultrasonography and analyzed with neonatal birth weight in 178 cases.
3.Methods: Fetal biparietal diameter(BPD), head circumference(HC), abdominal circumference(AC), femur length(FL), fetal thigh soft tissue thickness(FTSTT), fetal liver length(FLL) and fetal liver area(FLA) were measured by ultrasonography and analyzed with neonatal birth weight in 360 cases.
4.In this study, we used the back propagation neural network (BP) to estimate Fetal Weight. Some input variables were adopted in constructing the BP model: biparietal diameter(BPD), cerebellum transverse diameter(TCD), abdominal circumference (AC), liver length(LL), femur length(FL), fetal thigh soft tissue thickness(FSTT), and gestational age(GA).
