2.(3) The AMY 2 isozyme showed three phenotypes including AMY 2AA ,AMY 2AB and AMY 2BB in the white lipped deer and the AMY 2AA type was the preponderant phenotype(50.00%).
3.The results were as follows:(1) There were three isozymes of serum amylase including AMY 1,AMY 2 and AMY 3 in the three species of deers and the relative move rate of AMY 1 and AMY 2 isozymes in the white lipped deer was less than that in the red deer and the sika.
