3.Proceeding from the experimental observation that circumferentail crack growth inpipes with through-wall circumferential crack subject to bending loads is associated with a constant crack tip opening angle,the JR curve is predicted in terms of the pipe and crack parameters The predictions copmare with experimental results for 103mm diameter pipes containing cracks with different sizes.
6.Because of the limitation of pages,the authors only report the detailed computing chart,but omit the computer program. At the end of this paper the authors give the numerical results using NACA 0012 blade section,which show the functional dependence of power coefficient,blade section angle of attack,axial interference factor,starting moment coefficient on tip speed ratio,aspect ratio,solidity and blade bank angle,and make a brief discussion.
7.Numerical simulations on Aachen 1-1/2 axial-flow turbine stages with different tip clearances were performed. Based on the distributions of secondary velocity and averaged azimuthal flow angle, the form of mixing process of tip clearance vortex with passage vortex and its influences on secondary flow structure were studied.
8.The calculation and design includes the calculating the balance angle, extending of the blade on both sides, extending of the blade on the tip and on the root, expanding of the surfaces of the blade, changing the data on the consideration of the shrinking and the reflecting of the blade material, the blade body modeling, the rabbet modeling, the boss modeling, etc.
