2.Then, a new method of aircraft scheduling is proposed by using the A algorithm. The mathematical model of A~* scheduling algorithms is builded. The results of the examples show that the A~* scheduling algorithms compared with the FCFS algorithms reduces a lot of performance value, such as the total flight delay costs, the total delay time, the biggest delays, the average delay time and so on.

9.Abstract: An algorithm of minimizing the number of buffers under certain delay constraint with accurate delay models is presented.Given a two-terminal net,the algorithm can minimize the total number of buffers inserted to meet the delay constraint.A high order delay model is applied to estimate interconnect delay and a nonlinear delay model based on look-up table is for buffer delay estimation.The experimental results show that the algorithm can efficiently achieve the trade-offs between number of buffers and delay,and avoid needless power and area cost.The running time is satisfactory.
10.The profit model of supply chain based on VMI is established with initial inventory, allowable short supply, supplement for short and time-delay for supplement, and the total inventory-related cost for the supply chain and for suppliers is analyzed respectively for such model.
