The experimental prototypes of 380V/200A transformer coupling three phase bridge type solid state fault current limiter (SSFCL) and 10Kv/500A transformer coupling three phase bridge type SSFCL with bypass inductance have been developed successfully.

7.The functions and effect of inductance and capacitance in the circuit of single and double transformer on the current wavcform and ripple factor have been studicd and tested systematically in this paper and it is proved that this power supply without any forms of filter circuit in the sccondary eide of transformer can obtain direct currcnt with stability, no currcnt zero and low ripple factor to satisfy complctely the rcquircmcnt of CO2 lascr when it is conncctcd a single-phase nctwork service.
