2.This paper reviewed the modeling and experiments of the transient phenomena involved in the various subsystems of the thermal spraying process at home and abroad, such as: effect of process on droplets behaviors, microstructure, residual stress analysis and spray materials, and based on experimental resuts to discuss the droplets thermal-transfer discipline and effects on coatings properties.
4.Considering that a hollow circular chimney composed of the multi-layers of fire-resistant, heat insulation and reinforced concrete and that low temperature chimney has short term super-high temperature phenomena, one-dimension transient physical model and mathematical model were established by using Laplace transform method, with formula of transient temperature concluded.
