3.In this article the stabilization energy of mononuclear and binuclear transition-metal dinitrogen complexes, in which the charge density on the atoms of N_2 coordinated to the metal center in "end-on" or"side-on" form, are calculated respectively by using the methods of HMO and graph theory. The results of calculation are compared and used to explain some facts inexperiments.
