2.Two sufficient conditions are given,one is about thatgeneralized inverse matrix of a regular L-fuzzy upper(lower)triangular matrix isupper(lower)triangular matrix and another is about that transitive closure for anL-fuzzy matrix is realizable. At the end of this paper,the realizability of L-fuzzymatrixes for intersection and product is discussed.
