1.It is shown that the excellent carding technology includes: reducing the weight and feed speed of the pp fiber lap, softening the co mbing action of the taker-in, increasing the transport ratio between the cylinder taker-in, increasing the transport ratio between the doffers, reducing the average combing period of the pp fibers and suitable take-in fillet.

8.The performances and applications of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE) pipe are analyzed,and the results indicate that UHMW-PE pipe is fit to transport not only solid pellets,powder and mixture of solid and liquid in industrial areas but also various liquid and gas in public works,the performance/price ratio is high,so it is ideal to take place of some metal pipes or some engineering plastic pipes,and has big market potential.
9.By analyzing the effects of the charge-generation material(CGM) sensitization,the mass ratio of CGM/charge-transport material /polycarbonate(CGM/CTM/PC),the solvents selection,the adding of electron-transport material,and the employing of the interfacial layer(IFL) and the protective layer(PL) on the total photoconductivity of OPC drum,a preparation process of the single-layered OPC drum was summarized.
