2.Through analyzing the constitution of condenser of centrifugal chillers,calculated the velocity of flow of cooling water by the pressure difference of cooling water in tube in accordance with Kern equation of shell and tube heat exchanger, then acquired the heat transfer coefficient of the condenser, finally, got out the condenser heat load and refrigeration capacity of centrifugal chillers.
4.Perforation of heat exchange tube, cracks on the jointing connection of heat exchange tube and tube bundle hoard result in the leakage of the tube bundle in sulfur condenser were analyzed, proposed precautions and countermeasures were derived from a combination of the plant operation conditions and equipment conditions, the original equipment with satisfactory outcome were revamped.
