4.Abstract: In this paper the effect of the track twist irregularity on the train derailment safety is analysed on the basis of dynamic analysis of train-tangent-track space-coupling time-varying system,and the limitation of the track twist irregularity in the line maintenance principle is assessed.
6.Abstract: Aim To synthesize isonucleoside-incorporated oligonucleotides and investigate their binding abilities with complementary sequences.Methods The synthesis was performed on DNA synthesizer, and the binding behavior was investigated by thermal denaturation studies.Results Four kinds of single isonucleoside containing oligonucleotides were synthesized.The results of thermal denaturation showed that the existence of isonucleoside decreased the stability of duplex, and the effect was more obvious when the isonucleoside was in the middle of the sequence.No obvious difference was observed when 6′-OH of isonucleoside was free or was protected by allyl group.Conclusions The existence of isonucleoside in oligonucleotide makes chain twist and decreased the stability of duplex.
