1.The non-uniformity of stress and short-term relaxation in wires of curvedtendon are observed, the ultimate elongation and loading capacity as well asbutton-head anchorage in the curved prestressing tendons are investigated incomparison with those of the straight tendon tensioning tests, it is believedthat the strength behaviour of the former is just as reliable as that of thelatter.
2.Abstract: The basic mechanical properties of full mix concrete and its wet-screened concrete incorporating water-reducing agent and air entrained agent tested,such as compressive strength,tensile strength,compressive elastic modulus,tensile elastic modulus,ultimate tensile elongation,flexural characteristics and abrasion resistance,and the relationship of various mechanical properties for the two kinds of concrete is established.The results are important for mass full mix concrete,especially for concrete incorporating air entrained agent.
3.The results showed that the plastic deformation after quenching raised the strength, and lowered the elongation of the alloy aged at 135℃ for 48 hours, On the condition of 4.7% plastic deformation, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reached of 584 MPa, 12.6%, respectively. The reasonable match between ductility and strength could be obtained while the plastic deformation was controlled in 4%~6% after quenching of the alloy.
4.The yield strength(σ0.2),ultimate tensile strength(σb) and elongation(δ) of A356-T6 alloy were 240 MPa,254.8 MPa and 1.16%,respectively.
5.The output parameters of the model are three mechanical properties namely ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS) and elongation (ELO).
6.The results showed degree of microphase increased and molecular weight decreased with NCO/OH increased. PCUL1-200 had representative microphase demixing structure and good mechanical properties (ultimate tensile stress exceeded 40 MPa and elongation exceeded 300 %).
7.The characteristics of structure and grain, yield strength - ultimate tensile strength (YS-UTS) ratio, and elongation of 2.0~12.7 mm steel Q345B strip produced by CSP process (71 mm cast slab) and conventional process (250 mm cast slab) have been analyzed by quantimet and statistic of product mechanical properties.
8.A combination of high strength and good toughness can be reached under the peak-aged condition, where the ultimate strength is over 2100 MPa, and the elongation and KIC are 9% and 70 MPa· m1/2, respectively.
9.As above features, theaverage properties of the prepared composites are as follow: hardness HRC=42, impact toughness ak=8.6J/cm2, ultimate tensile strength σb=422 MPa and elongation δ=1.6%. It is thought that TiC particulatesare formed dtiring the temperature-holding for the Fe-Ti-C melt, whereas the harmful compounds Fe3Cand Fe2Ti are precipitated during the solidification process of the melt.
10.The results show that the new modifier can increase the mechanical properties of AlSi7Mg alloy , the ultimate tensile strength is 351. 7MPa and the elongation is 7. 79% after 6 hours solution treatment at 535℃ and 6 hours aging treatment at 150℃.
