3.The results showed that the plastic deformation after quenching raised the strength, and lowered the elongation of the alloy aged at 135℃ for 48 hours, On the condition of 4.7% plastic deformation, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reached of 584 MPa, 12.6%, respectively. The reasonable match between ductility and strength could be obtained while the plastic deformation was controlled in 4%~6% after quenching of the alloy.
