1.Quantitative analysis of SDH and ACP of effectortarget cells during killing process was made by enzyme cytochemistry technique.
2.Apoptosis of lymphocyte and changes of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of wounded dog induced by shock vibration injury and its mechanism were observed using immunocytochemistry and enzyme cytochemistry.
3.The effects of pulsing electromagnetic field on 5′-nucleotidase and ATPase of mice skin, liver and small intestine were studied using enzyme cytochemistry methods. The results showed that the activity of these two enzymes was influenced by pulsing electromagnetic field after exposing mice to the field for 8 hours.
