uridine monophosphate(UMP)
1.For exploring pathogenesis of pyrimidine 5′-nucleotidase(P5′N) deficiency, a quantitative assay method for human erythrocyte pyrimidine 5′-nucleotidase was established. The specific substrate uridine monophosphate(UMP) of P5′N was used as ligand. The UPM-ADH-Sepharose 4B affinity column was prepared.
2.The 5′ nucleotide in mushroom stalk were identified as 5′ guanosine monophosphate (5′ GMP) 5′ uridine monophosphate (5′ UMP), 5′ adenosine monophosphate (5′ AMP) and 5′ cytidine monophosphate (5′ CMP) by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC MS), The content of four 5′ nucleotides in mushroom stalk was determined by external standard method.
