9.Based on the principle of fresh-cut processing ,this thesis select Nelumbo Nucifera Gaerth and Brasilca campestris L. vat. purpurea L.Baileysh as the testing material to study the proper keeping-fresh method and prolong the shelf life.
10.Experimental result shows that the inhibiting efficiency of concentrated extracts of 0. 5% BLB and ELY in 50℃ 5% HC1 amount to above 90%, larger than that of other vegetable inhibitors such as nelumbo nucifera juice, orange peels extract, inflorescence of livistona chinensis extract etc.
