3.In this paper, the grade of the urban environmental quality and the evaluating indexes and its eigenvalue are made as matter element, after normalizing the evaluate standard and surveyed data, the sutra field and controlled field and weight coefficient and relating degree are obtained, meanwhile, the model for comprehensive evaluating urban environmental quality is built up, then this model is applied to Xuanzhou city for evaluating its environmental quality, the result shows that it accords to the result by the Fuzzy method, and it is simpler method for evaluating the urban environmental quality.
