1.4 hours past, the DPV DNA can be detected from heart,liver,spleen, bursa of fabricius ,thymus, pancreas, brain, blood and dejecta.
2.Method: O157:H7 from the dejecta of the reservoirs in six surveillance sites was isolated and cultured by IMS. The four virulence genes of Shiga-like toxin (SLT1 and SLT2), intimin (eaeA) and hemolysin (hlyA) were isolated and detected in multiplex PCR assay.
