1.A new method of cropping bar based on the fatigue fracture mechanism was presented, which utilized the variant frequency vibration and the stress concentration at the bottom of V shaped groove on the bar. The rotary speed of eccentric blocks was adjusted by the frequency-converter to control the vibration amplitude and the exciting force to realize precision cropping.
