1.By virus-isolation identifing physicochemical properties,virus-neutralization test,experimental infection,antibody and PCR diagnosis,this two virus were identified as avian reovirus(ARV).
2.Thirteen strains of monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) against infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) were obtained by using hybridoma technique and their characteristics were studied by double immunodiffusion,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),virus neutralization test (VNT) and Western blotting assay (WBA).
3.And,all of the 9 autopsy specimens from 3 dead newborns were positive, 2 isolated from myocardia of dead newborns were identified as Coxsackie B3 virus with neutralization test.
4.According to antibody titre of virus serum cross neutralization,antigenic Relatedness values(R) between IPV ZJ 971 isolate and infectious bronchitis virus M 41 ,T,Gray,Holte strains were respectively 0 0013,0 0006,0 0005,0 0003 Chickens infected artificially with IPV ZJ 971 isolate showed stunt,thymus atrophy,increase of proventriculus index(PRIX) and proventriculus gizard index(PGIX),and decrease of bursa body index(BBIX).
5.The virus strain were identified as rabies virus by ELISA and mouse neutralization assay with immune sera of CVS ( the prototype strain in rabies serotype 1 ) and it possessed close antigen relation with rabies relating to Virus of Duvenhage but not to virus of Lagos bat and Mokola.
6.The neutralization antibody of 7 paired sera was detected to 4 strain isolated virus 47 strains were isolated from 57 conjunctival swabs (positive rate was 82 5%) and were identified as Coxsackie virus A 24 variant (CA24v) by serum micro neutralization test;

8.After being infected with aden-ovirus type 7 which has been incubated with monoclonal antibodies anti-adeno-virus type 7 of various dilution, the fixed micro-culturing Hela cells were stained with an indirect immunoperoxidase method to detect the neutralization titer.
9.It was identified as the variant strain of infectious broncheitis virus, which was significantly distinct from N115 and T serotypes of nephropathogenic IBV,and also quite different from Mass Strain of respiratoryIBV by SPF chicken embryo neutralization test.
