2.The reason for the fluctuation of viscosity and low yield in the production of RTV methyl silicone rubber 107 is analyzed. By means of replacement of mixed dimethyl cyclic siloxane (DMC) by the hydrolyzate of dimethyldichlorosilane , the product yield was increased, production cost was lowered, and the viscosity became easy to control.
