1.The performance of the ultra broad-band antennas which are the key component in the broad-band passive-guiding system is analysed in details in this paper, and then three tins of passive direction-finding schemes which all have broad field of vision are analysed.
2.A high quality lossy compression algorithm of remote sensing image was presented. After decomposition of the remote sensing image by D5/3 integer wavelet transform and analysis of the statistical characteristic and the energy distribution of wavelet coefficients in each sub-band, the human vision properties are introduced to control the quantification scheme of the algorithm.
