1.Cationic tetradecapeptide mastoparan is an important active factor from wasp venom which showed a variety of activities including activation of G-protein、phospho-lipase C(PLC)、phospholipase D(PLD) and phospholipase A_2(PLA_2),the change of Ca~(2+) concentration in cells as well as histamine release after inducing mast cell degranularion. Mastoparan can be applied to many fields including research、antigen-detection and clinical therapy and so on.
