1.The phyllosphere(smooth , wrinkle), stalk and growing apex(green , purple),leaf(wholelamina and non-lamina) were all segrated at ratio of 1:1. But the shape of leaf(rotund, awl-shaped and oval), wax(heavy, middle, light) were not segrated at mendelian ratio of 1:2:1 or 3:1.
2.Methods From June 1988 to August 2004, were operated treatment 150 cases, L4/5 102 cases,L5/S1 36 cases, L3/4 12 cases, two lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in 6 cases, whole of laminectomy 36 cases, half of laminectomy 90 cases, window casement lamina of vertebral arch 24 cases.
