3.Under stereoscope the deviation of L_E from the actual working length and degree of accuracy were determined. Results:The average deviation of the measurements obtained by Tri Auto ZX was significantly lower than that by JustyⅡat reading"0.5"(P<0.01),and the accuracy degree of Tri Auto ZX was remarkably higher than that of JustyⅡ at reading "0.5"(P<0.01).

8.From Oct. 1995 to Sep. 1996, retroperitoneoscopic adrenal surgery was performed for 9 patients including 2 adrenalectomy, 6 resection of an adenoma and 1 biopsy. The retroperitoneal approach was adopted. A small incision of 4～5cm was made over the 12th rib and a tube 4～5cm in diameter and 12～15cm in length was inserted to create a working space for adrenalectomy or resection of a growth.
