2.Under the General Manager, shall direct and coordinate all activities of the Finishing areas （Assembly and Painting）and services related with supervisors, subordinates and other employees to accomplish production with zero customer defects, cost control and required quantities on time in conjunction with the utilization of applied Lean Manufacturing Practices.
