4.Methods Serum TGFβ1 and TIMP-1 were detected by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum HA,LN,PⅢNP were detected by radioimmunoassay in 40 CHB patients and 12 healthy persons. Liver biopsies were performed on the 40 patients.
5.Blood was collected for asses s ing levels of cytokine (interleukin-6:IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α:TNF-α) bef ore treatment and one month after treatment. The cytokines were determined by en zyme-linked- immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA).
